How We work.

creative development

A collaborative process that involves creative professionals working together to shape the overall creative direction of the experience. We assist in brainstorming, ideation, and exploring different possibilities to bring the desired vision to life. Creative development encompasses activities such as concept creation, storyboarding, visual design, and content ideation.

content strategy

We focus on how content is used to achieve goals and meet user needs within an experience or interface, from planning and creation to delivery and governance of content to enhance the user experience.

By helping clients to prioritize goals we help build a strategy that ensures that the content is meaningful, cohesive, engaging, and sustainable.

concept design

The act of translating ideas and creative concepts into tangible design elements. It involves visualizing and defining the key elements, aesthetics, and overall look and feel of the experience. Potentially including the creation of sketches, mood boards, renderings, or even physical models to communicate the intended design direction. It helps stakeholders and the production team visualize and align on the creative vision before moving into detailed production and execution.

Design development

Design development ensures that the creative vision is translated into a feasible and well-executed design plan. The initial concept and schematic design are further refined and developed into more detailed and comprehensive actionable plans. It involves working out the technical and functional aspects of the design and other practical requirements.

Software design

Starting with logical user stories prescribing logical UX/UI, user-centric design approaches can guide the iterative process based on user needs and preferences.

PRototyping and mockups

We create a functional or interactive representation of the intended experience or design. It allows designers and stakeholders to explore and validate concepts, interactions, and user flows. Prototypes can range from low-fidelity wireframes or paper sketches to high-fidelity interactive simulations. By creating prototypes, designers can gather feedback, identify potential issues, and iterate on the design before investing significant resources into production.

implementation

The implementation phase focuses on executing the design plans and bringing the project to life, beginning the process of translating the design concepts and plans into a tangible and functional reality.

Software development

Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, are applied for iterative software development. These methodologies emphasize flexibility and collaboration, allowing for incremental development and frequent iterations. The development process is divided into smaller, manageable tasks or sprints, enabling rapid feedback, testing, and continuous improvement.

Procurement

Procuring necessary materials, equipment, or resources required for the project. It also includes coordinating with vendors, manufacturers, or contractors to produce and assemble the components of the experience.

Installation

The installation phase focuses on the physical installation and setup of the project or experience. This includes setting up the necessary equipment, installing software or hardware components, and ensuring that everything is in place for a seamless user experience.

Construction and Fabrication

If the project involves physical structures or installations, this phase includes the construction, fabrication, and assembly of the elements. It may involve architectural construction, set building, fabrication of interactive components, or any other physical construction required.

technical integration

Integrating various technologies, such as audiovisual systems, lighting, sensors, or interactive interfaces, into the overall experience. This phase ensures that the technical components work seamlessly together to deliver the intended experience.

Fine-tuning and Calibration

After the initial installation, fine-tuning and calibration are performed to ensure that all elements are functioning correctly and aligned with the intended design. This may involve adjusting lighting, sound levels, interactive interfaces, or any other technical aspects to optimize the user experience.

Safety and Compliance

Throughout the installation phase, safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations are ensured. This includes adhering to building codes, electrical safety standards, fire safety measures, and any other applicable regulations.

Quality Assurance and Testing

Quality assurance and testing are conducted to ensure that the project meets the desired standards. This may involve testing the functionality, performance, and user experience of the components or conducting user testing to gather feedback and make necessary improvements.

LAUNCH

The launch phase is the culmination of the design and development process, where the project or experience is officially introduced to the audience or users.

Marketing and Promotion

Developing a marketing and promotion strategy is crucial to generate awareness and excitement around the launch. This may involve creating promotional materials, leveraging social media, organizing launch events, or collaborating with influencers or media outlets to reach the target audience.

SUPPORT

Ongoing maintenance, updates, and potential extensions to improve the hardware and software stack, as well as the overall user experience

Performance Optimization

The improvement of the hardware and software stack is essential to enhance performance. This may involve optimizing code, improving algorithms, or leveraging new technologies to make the experience more efficient and responsive. Performance optimization can help ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
